As a breeder of fila's, GDV is our breed's number one health risk. I found Dr. Monroe's recap of GDV research interesting but it did not provide me with any information I do not already possess. This pod cast is a good introduction to the subject but will be of little value to those who are looking for new information.

I found this site informative and wanted to check it out. Having lost my mal to this devastating disease, I learned the most important lesson of all - more frequent feedings. Proactive approaches are the way to go. I will NEVER again serve up full meals to my dogs - they will be fed smaller meals.
